Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in these cases:
- Promotional or free credits.
- Fully delivered services.
- Accounts that violated our Terms of Service.
Refund Process
To request a refund, provide your order number and a detailed explanation to our customer support. You will receive a decision within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the financial institution’s processing time.
Right to Deny Refund
Followers Cloud reserves the right to deny refunds for abusive practices, repeat requests, or failure to meet terms.
